The House Bayberry House is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath home designed for comfort and connection. The main floor offers an open living, dining, and kitchen area perfect for gathering, plus a cozy queen bedroom and full bath. Upstairs, three bedrooms (two queens, one with twin beds) and a second bathroom give everyone space to unwind. Each bedroom has its own whisper-quiet AC unit for personalized comfort. The Experience Step outside to your private deck—ideal for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or dinner under the stars with golf course views in the distance. The fire pit and semi-fenced yard are perfect for evening s'mores and letting your pup explore. Set on a quiet residential street, you're steps from the Cape Cod Rail Trail and less than 10 minutes to Yarmouth and Dennis beaches. The Location Bayberry House sits on a quiet residential street in West Yarmouth, tucked between nature and nostalgia. You're across from Bayberry Hills Golf Course, minutes from working cranberry bogs (a must-see in any season), and 10 minutes to beautiful mid-Cape beaches. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is steps away for biking, and you're centrally located for exploring the entire Cape - Dennis, Hyannis, Chatham, Provincetown all within easy reach. Whether you're here for beach days, bike rides, exploring nature, or simply doing nothing, Bayberry House is your home base. What's Provided Bayberry House is professionally cleaned between each stay and stocked with starter essentials like paper goods, hand soap, and basic kitchen staples. We provide high-speed WiFi, beach towels, beach chairs, and more to make your coastal adventures easier. 🐾 Pet-Friendly at Bayberry We love welcoming well-behaved dogs to Bayberry! We just have a few simple asks: – For their safety, dogs must be crated if left alone in the home – Please keep pups off beds and furniture (unless you bring your own covers) – A $100 pet fee will be automatically applied to your stay – And of course - no digging in the hydrangeas 🌸😉 Thanks for helping us keep Bayberry cozy, clean, and welcoming for everyone - on two legs and four. Please Also Note The backyard is semi-fenced and shared with nature - expect the occasional visit from bunnies, birds, and other Cape wildlife! While the basement is accessible for laundry, it is not a guest-facing space. Quiet hours begin at 10pm out of respect for our lovely neighbors. This is your vacation, but it's also their home- we really like our neighbors and hope you'll help us keep the Bayberry House experience peaceful and positive for everyone. Open Year-Round Fall and winter at Bayberry are our favorite - cozy fires, quiet beaches, and the Cape without the crowds.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the outdoor patio. Enjoy the private, semi-fenced backyard - perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or letting little ones play. Laundry is available in the basement, accessible via an interior stairwell. We kindly ask that guests use the basement for laundry only, as it’s not intended for general use.

Our group had an amazing stay! Amanda is a wonderful host - welcoming, super responsive, flexible and helpful. Her home is perfect, both cozy and spacious. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved hanging outside on the deck. Would love to stay here again :)

We had a great stay! Amanda was very responsive to any questions we had. House was very clean and organized with everything you could need! Kitchen had everything needed and more. Plenty of towels and blankets. Fenced yard was great for our dog and kids. Would defintely stay again in the future!

Amanda’s home was perfect. We had 6 adults and two adult black labs in our party. The pups loved the backyard and being able to run and play catch with their ball. The home was in a great location that allowed us to explore the Cape and not have a far travel time for much of anything! The house was EXTREMELY well stocked with amenities needed, especially kitchen utensils. Check-in was a breeze and the check-out instructions were easy and convenient. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!
